This week's schedule

Let's see if I can do this and cook spinach for tonight's lasagna at the same time.

M- Rest, weights, yoga
T- 8.5mi with 1600, 1200, 800, 400 at 5k pace (400m RI)
W- 6mi easy, yoga
R- 6.5mi, weights
F- 9.5 mi with 6x800m at 5k pace (400m RI)
S- Camping, but hopefully 4mi even if it is around the parking lot
U- Rest!!!!
